STEVE SKLENKA
Steve moved to Canada from Czech Republic in 1969. He started practicing real estate in 1992 with Re/Max. He’s a member of the prestigious Re/Max Hall of Fame, having sold over hundred million dollars of real estate.

Steve studied mechanical engineering at the University of Calgary and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (B.Sc.Eng.) degree. He is one of very few Calgary realtors, who hold a professional degree. Steve speaks English, Czech and communicates Slovak.

Benchmark Price: The overall residential benchmark price was approximately $586,200, a decrease of 3.6% year-over-year.
Average Sold Price: The average selling price for a home in Calgary was around $580,100, a 1.5% decrease year-over-year.
Sales Activity: The number of home sales saw a significant decline of approximately 16.5% year-over-year.
Inventory & Supply: Inventory levels have increased dramatically, with an 83.2% year-over-year jump. This has pushed the "months of supply" to about 3.04, which is considered a balanced market.
Sales-to-New-Listings Ratio: This ratio was at 54%, another indicator of a balanced market.
Days on Market: The average time a home spends on the market has increased to 33 days, up from 19 days a year prior.

Detached Homes:
Benchmark Price: $764,300, showing a slight decrease of 0.4% year-over-year.
